How do I file a claim?
File a claim 24 hours a day, seven days a week by finding your carrier and following the link. If your carrier is not listed, that means they do not offer online submission. Give us a call at 641-522-7931 or simply email email@example.com and we will handle it for you! Please be prepared to provide as many details as possible about your claim.
